Common questions
Before you call us
Do you charge for the first consultation?
No. The discovery call and the initial rank read are free, and there is no obligation afterwards. We only ask for a fee once you decide you want us to run your counselling cycle. Our fee structure is explained in full before you commit to anything — there are no percentages, no success fees and no charges added later.
Can you guarantee admission to RVCE or BMSCE?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Seats in government and COMEDK quotas are allotted purely by rank through a centralised process that no consultancy can influence. What we can do is make sure your rank is used to its fullest — correct category claims, a well-ordered option list, and no missed deadlines.
What is the difference between KCET, COMEDK and management quota?
KCET is the Karnataka state entrance exam; it governs government-quota seats and is open to candidates who meet Karnataka eligibility rules. COMEDK UGET is a separate exam run by a consortium of private colleges, open to students from any state. Management quota seats are filled directly by the institution against a higher fee. We help you understand which routes you are genuinely eligible for and what each will cost.
We are from outside Karnataka. Can you still help?
Yes. A significant share of our students come from Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala and the north-east. Non-Karnataka candidates are generally routed through COMEDK, JEE Main-linked seats or management quota, and there are specific documentation requirements we will walk you through. Everything can be handled over video call.
When should we start working with you?
Ideally right after the board exams, before entrance results are announced — that is when branch research and document collection are least stressful. That said, we take students at every stage, including during mop-up rounds. If you are reading this mid-counselling, call rather than fill the form.
Do you help with hostels and education loans?
Yes, as part of the post-allotment support. We can explain hostel options on and off campus, typical costs, and what to check before paying a deposit. For loans, we help you assemble the documents most banks ask for and point you to lenders that have processed similar cases. We are not a lending agent and receive nothing from any bank.
