Let's talk about your admission
The first session is free, lasts about thirty minutes, and comes with no obligation whatsoever. Come to the office in Vasanth Nagar or take it over a video call — both work equally well.
Book your free session
Fill this in and a counsellor will call you within one working day. If you are already mid-counselling and the clock is running, please call us directly instead — we will pick up.
Vasanth Nagar, central Bengaluru
Five minutes from Cubbon Park metro, with paid parking on the same street.
What to bring to the first session
None of this is mandatory — but the more you bring, the more concrete our advice can be on day one.
- Class 10 and Class 12 marks cards (or your latest available result, if boards are pending).
- Entrance exam scorecard or hall ticket — KCET, COMEDK, JEE Main or PESSAT, whichever applies.
- Caste and income certificates, if you intend to claim a reservation category.
- Study certificates from Class 1 to 12, which many Karnataka eligibility clauses turn on.
- A rough budget figure — a range is fine. It shapes the shortlist more than anything else.
- A parent or guardian, ideally. Most of the real decisions get made jointly.
Before you get in touch
How quickly will someone respond?
Within one working day for form and email enquiries. During active counselling rounds, usually within a few hours. If your deadline is closer than that, call the number above — the line is staffed through the working day and we would much rather take the call than have you miss a round.
Is the first session really free?
Yes, entirely. Thirty minutes, no charge, no obligation to sign up afterwards. Plenty of families come once, get their questions answered and handle the rest themselves — that is a perfectly good outcome and we are not going to chase you.
Can we do everything remotely?
Yes. Roughly half our students never visit the office. Sessions run over video call, documents are reviewed from scans, and option entry is done on a shared screen with you driving. Students from outside Karnataka work with us this way as a matter of course.
Do you work with students outside Bengaluru?
Regularly — from across Karnataka, and from Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala and the north-east. The admission process is the same wherever you sit; only the eligibility routes differ, and those we will map out for you in the first call.
What does the paid service cost?
It depends on how much of the cycle you want us to run — a one-off shortlist costs considerably less than end-to-end support through every round. We will quote you a single fixed figure at the end of the free session, in writing, before you commit to anything. There are no success fees, no percentages and no charges added later.
